Camille Thibodeaux

Camille, a Mississippi Gulf Coast artist and resident of Ocean Springs exhibits her love of painting with an expression of spontaneity using both an informal and intuitive approach. Her paint application is so loosely joined it allows for glimpses of brighter surface color below. She treats her subject matter freely, often allowing the viewer to see more than the abstract composition and connecting with the soul through color, texture, light, and form.

Camille’s fine art expertise has been gained from numerous years of private instruction, art workshops, Louisiana State University art studio classes and most importantly through life experience.

Camille’s passion is not only in creating abstract and representational pieces of art, but she also enjoys occasionally instructing painting workshops.
